Passport To ESP is a year-long employee gamification system that incentivizes Gravitational Marketing employees to participate in cultural building activities. As employees collect points, they “travel” to various destinations, collecting prizes along the way. Employees can track their progress by filling out their passport using the included landmark stickers.

Gravitational Marketing University is an on boarding program for new Gravitational Marketing employees. It pairs new employees with an adviser, and lays out a series of brief courses for the employee to go through in order to efficiently and thoroughly educate them about the company’s history, culture and norms.
